During the preparation of Vergado Desejo, Helena Vieira was in artist residency at SPACE ZERO, developing part of the works presented in the exhibition she shares with Vítor Serrano, curated by Rita Baleia.
Drawn by the scent of beeswax—a central material in her practice—a few bees unexpectedly found their way into the space, becoming a fleeting and natural presence throughout the creative process.
